Succession Plan

Where there is staff absence or staff loss, we have a succession plan in place.

The succession plan shows a list of staff we are able to use when we require cover.

There will be copies of each staff member’s CV and certificates in the company HR file to verify they are competent to teach/assess/IV (whichever is applicable).

All staff members will attend standardisation meetings at least twice a year to ensure they are kept up-to-date with all centre and awarding organisation requirements.
